All returns require an RMA that may be obtained by contacting our customer service department at support@electronicwerx.com. Our telephone number is (816) 331-2399.
Please save all packaging material and accessories for any item returned. All product materials must be returned to process your RMA. Every effort will be made to replace a defective items returned with the same type and style of product. If that product is discontinued or out of stock, you will be offered a similar product or complete refund. The similar product price cannot exceed the price of the original product. All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. If you receive an item that was physically damaged in transit, please contact Buy Online immediately. You will be provided with specific instructions on how to return the item, a new item will be sent to you for replacement. Items physically damaged by the consumer cannot be returned. If you return an item you damaged physically damaged item to Buy Online, LLC it will be returned to you at your expense. Removal or alteration of a product’s name, serial number sticker or UPC code will automatically void the return policy. These products with a missing, modified or damaged serial number will be returned to you. Credit will not be issued for the return. Products offering mail in rebates cannot be returned to Buy Online, LLC once the rebates have been filed. Be sure the product is acceptable and you intend to keep the product before you send your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers are not returnable. Only the manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code.
Defective products can be returned to Buy Online, LLC within 14 days of sale. After 14 days, the defective product must be returned to the manufacturer. Many manufactures offer additional extended warranty coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding their specific terms and conditions.
All returns must be sent with shipping charges prepaid regardless of reason. If a replacement is sent, it will be sent without shipping charges.
Special orders, closeouts or “open box” items are not eligible for return. These items are sold as is. In some instances, the manufacturers warranty will apply.
Manufacturer’s Warranties
Buy Online, LLC does not offer any express or implied warranties. Many products offered are covered by manufacturers warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, one can usually find it on the manufacture’s website.
Transit Damages
Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once merchandize has been shipped. You are responsible for making damage claims with the carrier and Buy Online, LLC as soon as damage is detected. Please save all packaging – it must be available for inspection by the carrier. All claims must be made within ten days within receipt of goods. No damage claims will be accepted after ten days of receipt.
Customer Accounts
When you purchase merchandize through this website you are required to open a My Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of My account information including your username and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Buy Online, LLC of any unauthorized use of your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account or password at any time. You may not gain unauthorized access to site. If you access this site or assist others in accessing this site, then your account with Buy Online, LLC will be terminated. You agree to provide us with accurate, current and complete information about yourself regarding your shipping address. You may update any of your my account information, designate a different card to be billed or change the applicable expiration date on the card to be billed. You agree that Buy Online, LLC may at its discretion with or without notice terminate your access to My Account for any reason. Termination of My Account could result from: 1. Permitting others to gain unauthorized use of site by using your username and password. 2. Failure to pay for purchases. 3. Unexpected operational difficulties. Conditions of Sale and Payment Terms
To purchase merchandize from our site, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including: a. Your name as it appears on the card. b. your credit card number. c. credit card type, d. the date of expiration, e. any activation numbers necessary to charge your card. By submitting that information to us you authorize us to charge your card within thirty days of credit card authorization. All sales of products and services are final. All charges from those sales are nonrefundable.
Methods of Payment
