Shipping
All orders of in-stock merchandize will be shipped the next business day. Please note that this excludes holidays and weekends. If you do not receive your order within ten business days, please contact us. If you want a rush delivery, you will be charged extra. Please understand that we are a high volume business. Sometimes stock may be exhausted because of numerous orders. If your merchandize is backorder, you will be notified as soon as possible. It is your choice to wait for the backorder or receive a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet their company’s delivery commitment. Buy Online will assist in obtaining a refund from the carrier in the event this occurs. However please keep in mind that you as customer will also need to participate in obtaining the refund from the carrier you deserve. Decisions made by carriers for refunds are final. Buy Online does not operate or control said carriers. If an incorrect address is provided the customer will be charged a $10 incorrect address fee. This fee is charged by the carrier not Buy Online. All Missouri residents are required to pay sales taxes. It an item is shipped out of Missouri, you are not required to pay Missouri sales tax.
Shipping Damage
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check all merchandize accuracy of contents and damage within forty-eight hours of receipt. You will not receive shipment/invoice notification until the products are shipped. If you are missing items from your order, it is necessary to contact Buy Online, LLC within forty-eight hours of receipt of package(s). In case of shipping damage Buy Online, LLC will assist you in filing a damage claim.
