  • What about Customer Satisfaction?

  • Why should I purchase from an Authorized Dealer on the Internet?
 

Authorized dealers represent the companies’ products they sell.  You are sold the product you desire.  If you purchase from a dealer that is not authorized to sell a product, you at risk for purchasing damaged store returned merchandize, imitations of the same model, or overseas versions not designed for use in the United States.

  
  • How are prices determined?
 

We monitor what are competitors’ prices to deliver the lowest prices.  We sell new first quality merchandize.  We do not compete with sellers who liquidate old stock at reduced prices. 

  
  • Do you sell my e-mail address, physical address or other personal information?
  

NO!  We respect your privacy.  The information you provide us is protected by a multi-level security system.

 
  • I notice that sometimes you send me promotional e-mails, how do I cancel them?

  • What if a purchase a product, open the box and I just do not like it?
 

Commonly customers are charged a 15% restocking fee for open box products.  Restocked products are sold as used, as is, open box.  Please save all packaging materials until you determine your satisfaction with the product.

  
  • What about the warranty on your products?
 

All products are covered by the full manufacture’s warranty.  Some manufactures offer extended warranties.  You must contact a the manufacturer of your product for extended warranties.

  
  • What if I receive a damaged order?
 

Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once merchandize has been shipped.  You are responsible for making damage claims with the carrier and Buy Online, LLC as soon as damage is detected.  Please save all packaging – it must be available for inspection by the carrier.  All claims must be made within ten days within receipt of goods.  No damage claims will be accepted after ten days of receipt.  You will be sent a replacement product immediately.

  
  • Item out of stock?
 

We make every effort to maintain current listings.  During peak holiday seasons high demand items may temporarily go out of stock.  We will contact you and offer a similar product.  You have the option of waiting for the backordered product or accepting a similar product.  If you do not want the similar product, tell us to cancel our order.
